Students, especially the female, are developing their skill in information management. All the previous internees got better job in different government and non-government agencies in comparison to their other colleagues. At the same time, they are also strengthening the network of CDL. Former Interns have formed an Internees Association which holds different programs to strengthen their professional and organizational capabilities. CDL has planned to extend the scope of the program by taking internees from other reputed academic institutions.
