R & P
Development Communication and Information Service through print media is an important work of CDL to process information and share it with other development partners. CDL publishes current news, bulletin, poster, translated development information, compiled development literature, etc. So far, CDL has published about 100 titles of books and research reports. These publications are disseminated to partner NGOs, donors, UN and government organizations, Universities, etc. Although CDL does not regard itself as a research organization, it often carries out information gathering and analysis as a part of its activities. CDL conducts research cum information gathering on various development-related issues and themes. CDL's research initiatives are primarily focused on exploring the potential of information in social and national development including the gainful use of Information Communication Technologies (ICTs) for empowering the poor and vulnerable people.
